My Mission:

At The Wellness Equation,  I help high-achieving teachers who are close to burnout to rebuild their health so that they can stay in the profession without sacrificing themselves and their family life.


I am a Biology Teacher myself, as well as a Qualified Health Coach, so I understand the demands of the profession.

At The Wellness Equation,  I help high-achieving teachers who are close to burnout to rebuild their health so that they can stay in the profession without sacrificing themselves and their family life.


I am a Biology Teacher myself, as well as a Qualified Health Coach, so I understand the demands of the profession. 


For much of my teaching career, I lived in a constant state of imbalance; tired, overwhelmed, and putting my own health last. Over time, I learned how to restore balance in a way that actually works alongside a busy school life.


When I ran a group wellbeing programme for staff at my school, I realised just how strongly teachers resonate with this kind of support. That experience inspired me to focus my health coaching specifically on educators and support staff, helping them feel better, cope more confidently at work, and reclaim their health without adding more to their to‑do list.

What people don't understand about teaching:

We feel guilty taking a day off when we are sick as it puts pressure on our colleagues to cover for us.


We have a true vocation and we love inspiring children to grow and learn but our to-do lists are impossible and our work spills out into our family time, making us feel exhausted and unfulfilled.
