I’m Joanne, a UKIHCA‑registered Health and Nutrition Coach and founder of the Wellness Equation. I have also been teaching Biology in schools for over twenty years.

I support busy educators with simple, science‑led strategies to improve energy, digestion, stress resilience and overall wellbeing, without adding pressure to already demanding school weeks. My approach blends nutrition, gentle movement, and nervous‑system regulation in a way that fits real teaching life, not an idealised version of it.
