     The Wellness Equation empowers you to transform your health from the inside out—starting with digestive healing and building sustainable habits—so you can feel strong, energised, and in control.


    Whether you're aiming to lose weight, maintain it, boost energy & strength, or simply feel better in your body, I offer science-based coaching that fits into real life. With practical, nutrition strategies and realistic goals, we build lasting changes that support your wellness transformation, while also enhancing your resilience and ability to cope with the demands of a busy life.

    How will I support you?

    As a health & nutrition coach, my role is to walk beside you, not ahead of you. Together, we'll explore the areas of your health and wellbeing that matter most to you. Whether you're aiming to improve digestion, increase energy levels, manage stress, build in more activity, or improve your body composition, our work will be shaped around your unique needs, lifestyle and goals. 


    You’ll have personal responsibility for the changes you choose to make, supported by structured accountability with regular check-ins. 


    I won’t hand you a generic plan or tell you what to do; instead, I’ll help you uncover what truly works for your wellness transformation. I’m here to guide, support, and inspire you, offering practical tools, resources, and encouragement as you build habits that feel sustainable and empowering.

    We can explore how your digestion influences your overall wellbeing and take a food-first approach to support a healthy digestive system and microbiome. Forget fads and restrictive diets. If weight loss or maintenance is a goal, we’ll focus on long-term habits that support metabolism, energy, and confidence, without quick fixes or extremes.

If you already have an exercise routine, I can help you to discover ways to diversify it, in order to support strength, flexibility, and long-term wellbeing, while also enhancing metabolic health.

    We can also look at how your daily rhythms like sleep, mindset, and energy levels, can shape your overall wellness. Small, sustainable shifts in routine can help you feel more balanced, resilient, and aligned with your health goals.

    Together, we’ll explore specific areas of your wellbeing and co-create a personalised, sustainable action plan that works for you. Accountability is built into every programme through structured check-ins during and after your journey. Depending on the package you choose, you’ll also receive more frequent and personalised feedback between sessions to help you stay motivated, aligned, and progressing toward your goals.

    With a Diploma in Professional Nutrition & Health Coaching and full membership of the UK & International Health Coaching Association (UKIHCA), I bring a solid foundation of evidence-based knowledge and a strong focus on sustainable nutrition and lifestyle change. My background as a Biology teacher for over 20 years, along with a dedicated role in student welfare, has deepened my understanding of the vital connection between physical health, digestive health, and emotional wellbeing. Health, fitness, and cooking fresh, nutritious meals for my family have always been personal passions. I often wondered if there was a way to integrate my love of bioscience, my experience in education and wellness transformation, and my desire to help others lead healthier, more balanced lives. I discovered there was, and health coaching turned out to be the perfect fit.

This ensures my coaching remains evidence-informed, relevant, and responsive to the evolving needs of my clients. As part of this commitment, I recently completed a short course in Smart Eating for Perimenopause through the IINH, deepening my understanding of sustainable nutrition during transitional life stages.
