The Wellness Equation empowers clients to realign their lifestyle and wellbeing, focusing on restoring digestive health and achieving a healthy body composition. This can involve weight loss, maintenance, or simply feeling better in your body. Through science-based coaching and sustainable nutrition along with realistic lifestyle habits, I help you build changes that last and support your wellness transformation.
As a health & nutrition coach, my role is to walk beside you, not ahead of you. Together, we'll explore the areas of your health and wellbeing that matter most to you. Whether you're aiming to improve digestion, increase energy levels, manage stress, build in more activity, or improve your body composition, our work will be shaped around your unique needs, lifestyle and goals. You’ll have personal responsibility for the changes you choose to make, supported by structured accountability with regular check-ins.

My background as a Biology teacher for over 20 years, along with a dedicated role in student welfare, has deepened my understanding of the vital connection between physical health, digestive health, and emotional wellbeing. Health, fitness, and cooking fresh, nutritious meals for my family have always been personal passions. I often wondered if there was a way to integrate my love of bioscience, my experience in education and wellness transformation, and my desire to help others lead healthier, more balanced lives.
